Y’allternative Outfitters LLC – Customer Terms & Policies

We’re committed to delivering high-quality custom apparel and accessories you’ll love.
To ensure a smooth process and protect both you and our business, please review the following policies before placing your order.


1. Order Minimums & Turnaround Times

  • Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product and decoration method.

  • Standard production time is 7–14 business days after payment and final design approval.

  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee and must be confirmed in advance.


2. Payment Policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • All custom orders must be paid in full before any work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipment.

  • We accept most payment methods. 

  • Orders not paid in full will not be released.


3. Proof & Approval Policy

  • We will provide digital artwork proofs for all custom orders.

  • You must approve your proof in writing before production begins.

  • Once approved, Y’allternative Outfitters LLC is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect colors, or layout issues.

  • Changes after approval may result in additional fees or delays.


4. Design Fee Policy 🎨

  • A design fee applies to all custom artwork, mockups, or layouts created by Y’allternative Outfitters LLC.

  • The fee includes minor revisions. Additional/Major changes may incur extra charges.

  • Design fees are non-refundable.

  • All design files remain the property of Y’allternative Outfitters LLC unless purchased separately.


5. Digitizing Fee Policy (Embroidery) 🧵

  • Embroidery requires converting your artwork into a stitch-ready file which is a one-time digitizing fee applies to new designs, based on size and complexity.

  • Files are kept on record for future orders at no extra charge (unless changes are made). 

  • Digitizing fees are non-refundable once the process begins.


6. Bring Your Own Blanks Policy

  • We’re happy to work on customer-supplied items, but all work is at your own risk.

  • We cannot guarantee results on items we did not supply.

  • We are not responsible for damage, defects, or imperfect results.

  • We do not recommend using sentimental or irreplaceable products.


7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All custom orders are final sale — no returns, refunds, or exchanges once production begins.

  • Replacements will only be made for manufacturer defects on blanks provided by Y’allternative Outfitters LLC.

  • No refunds for errors on customer-supplied items or customer-approved designs.


8. Color & Material Disclaimer

  • Colors may appear differently on screens than on the final product.

  • Slight variations in print placement, fabric texture, or color tone may occur due to manufacturing processes.


9. Rush Order Policy

  • Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

  • Rush orders are subject to material availability and require written design approval before production.


10. Shipping & Pickup Policy

  • Shipping is available at the customer’s expense.

  • Y’allternative Outfitters LLC is not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers.

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of completion unless other arrangements are made.
